Question about custody case?

if a parenting plan was handed into the courts and has a signed seal on it but does not have both parents signatures on it what can i do.my ex live in tn and i live in pa.the court case was handled down there.we both agreed upon a parenting plan which we both signed.now my ex is stating that she has a different copy.when i asked my lawyer what happened he said that the court has a parenting plan with only her signature that i did not sign (because i never saw or agreed upon it).what should i do???i basically paid a lawyer for nothing...and now i have to return my son according to her parenting plan she has.
