How can I downgrade my wii that is 4.3u to 4.1 or a lower update without the internet and indiana jones?

I have super smash bros brawl, which I used to get homebrew channel for 4.3u, but homebrew channel doesn't work the same anymore, none of the apps function normally...so plz help! I have internet but it's a modem so it's not wireless. If the downgrading process requires internet, plz tell me what to use like wireless usb connection or wii adapters.
