try getting one of the brothers and have the little weak one with you take the boy off and replace with the weak one do it in a way so that the mum dont notice get somebody else to give the mum some attention so she isn't aware on what you are doing. i hope this helps or try buying some white coli fish cook in the microwave and mash with some of the milk you brought so that is nice and warm, this wold deff work.
