Nintendo wii game Black Screen error?

Hi. I just bought kirby's epic yarn to play with my sisters. Everything's is fine until i select a file to play on and then when it's starts to load it stops 5 second and a black screen comes up saying “An error has occur please remove the disk and turn off the wii and look into the user manual for more options.” All my others games work fine and my verison is 4.3U so I don't know what else to do. I got it from a seller off Amazon and it didn't give me the reciet to return it. Please help! I don't have the homebrew channel and the game is the orginal so I don't know what else to do.
