Alternative treatment to vet's recommendation?

well i would wait till the end of the month and see if he could return to his regular feed or not. If not I would talk to you vet and see if putting him on some sort of raw diet would be an acceptable alternative. It will probably cost more, and the diet has to include certain things in it but the vet should be able to help you get a raw diet started right if he needs it.
