Police report says I consented to a Urine which was sent for testing. Month later changes the report ?

This is for a DUI. I went for my arraignment. My paperwork wasn't ready so they sent some quick report somehow. I got a copy of the police traffic report days after it happened. On the new report it says Refusal (without my signature) I am upset because refusal means 1 year automatic suspension at the DMV I have an attorney but would like to hear from others. i will be going to trial
