Whose signature goes first on company documents?

that sounds weird to me...what kind of company documents? I don't know of any in which both would need to sign, however that's something your office does then I'd suggest the president's name comes first. Sounds like something that needs to be notarized. Otherwise I'd think only the project manager would need to sign.
