What's a good high quality dog food for my Papillon?

I'm giving my dog royal canin because I heard it was good but now Im hearing it's not that high quality. She's VERY energetic 7lb dog and heard wellness core was good for that because there's a lot of protein in it. She's also having pee (and sometimes poo) accidents since getting her (at least one a month) I was wondering if her food was the reason? I'm taking her to the vet for a rabies shot in a week so I'll ask there too but was just wondering if there was anyone here that could help me with this question as well. I just want the best for her.
