How do I get the Homebrew Channel on my Wii?

I have a 4.3U version of the Wii, I have a 4GB SD card, and I downloaded the HackMii installer, several wads, and I have IOS37patcher, wadmanager 1.7, and ciosrev206, which I put into an apps folder that I created. Also, I downloaded a HackMii folder from Mediafire and put the HackMii Installer into this folder. (by the way I used WinZip to extract the files onto the SD card). Unfortunately, when I put it into my wii, nothing showed up on the SD Card Menu or the Stage Builder in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. So, what do I need to do? Do I have to move the files around to different places to make it work? Or do I need a different SD Card, 2 GB or lower (which I have)?
