Does anyone in Greeneville TN know how to homebrew a PSP slim 3000 ?

Hi, I'm trying to homebrew my PSP and would like to know if there's anyone in my area who has done it or knows how to do it and can help me. I just got the newest update for PSP witch was pretty stupid. I want to be able to add CFW and XBM themes to my PSP too. But i need custom firmware.
