Am I doing the right thing to get rid of Wii homebrew evidence?

Ok, I illegally downloaded Rock Band songs because I did DOP-Mii with IOS 56, ciosrev20b, and wadmanager 1.7. I just found out this was illegal, and I'm deleting all the songs that I downloaded illegally (some of them I'm keeping because I actually paid for them anyway). I am also deciding to get rid of the homebrew channel and bootmii by using Smashstack and Hackmii Installer to uninstall both of them using SSBB(Super Smash Bros. Brawl). Also, I downgraded my Wii from 4.3 to 4.1(which I will update back to later). So, am I doing anything wrong by correcting my mistakes? Also, should I do anything else to make sure my console isn't banned? Thank you for any advice you can give.
